The main goal for this project was to create an apartment building that would be the new standard for high-end luxurious apartments in the local market. Every single nook & cranny of the building was designed with that in mind.

All aspects of the design complement each other and combine together with all installations and features to achieve that goal.

From the use of only high-end finishing materials, to the pain-staking care in utilising those materials, that goal was realised.
