Designing the Structure

Once the architectural plan has been finalised and approved, our design team will then begin work with our engineering team to design the structure.

The structure will be modelled using the latest technologies and engineering practices. It must be able to resist all applied loads without failure during its entire lifetime. First, all requirements and factors will be taken into consideration. Several alternative solutions will be proposed at this initial stage. Next, all alternative solutions would be fully investigated, realised, and thoroughly tested. Once the results are in, a decision will be made concerning which solution will be chosen.

The final solution will be extensively modelled, and the materials to be used in the final structure will be carefully considered. All considerations and factors would be taken into consideration before the final design is issued and certified.

Our engineering team will also be working hand in hand with the architecture and construction teams throughout the build phase to ensure that everything goes according to plan and to help overcome any hurdles and challenges that occur on-site.
